They were very nice to us in the beginning. Except when they lost one of our payments and I lost the sale receipt. They accused us of lying, accused me of calling them a liar when I was simply saying they misplaced our payment and was wondering what we were going to do about this. They didn't take responsibility of losing our payment, told me I had to pay the bill again, and the owner hung up on me. The secretary should be the one running the business because she had more kindness than her boss. Agreed to let me make small payments. I wouldn't use this company for gas because they clearly have careless employees and their boss doesn't take responsibility.
